Positive: Room was large. There was a building barrier that helped to muffle the expressway traffic.
Negative: The sink was super clogged. Had to wait until it drained for 5 minutes to use it again. I told the desk when we left and told them I didn't know how the maid cleaned with that stoppage.

Positive: Our room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom had been updated.
Negative: Hallways had an odor, there were many stains in the hallway carpeting and they looked dirty to me. If was if they had not been vaccumed in weeks. Tile flooring was sticky in the lobby/breakfast areas.
Summary: Have stayed at many Hampton Inns and this was not up to the quality I was accustomed to..

Positive: Shuttles ladies were dynamic and informative.
Negative: The front desk lady was very short and sharp with her responses to questions, even sarcastic at one point. There was a boil advisory mentioned at a store close by the hotel that I was in on Friday, August 15th. Your hotel never said one word to any guest or posted anything on Friday. Saturday mid day, when returning from breakfast outside of the hotel, there was a sign on the ice machine saying out of order due to water advisory. I informed the front desk agent that I had heard about the water Friday afternoon. Why didn't the hotel tell the guest then? Her response was, the hotel staff was suppose to put up signs on Friday, but she guess they forgot, and that they (employees) had some hotel ice and water, and nothing happened so it's okay! I told her that it was not proper business etiquette. The bed was not comfortable, and the pillows weren't the normal hilton/hampton standard.

Positive: The breakfast could have been better. The breads seemed like they had recently been thawed. Still cold and hard. And they were out of a lot of condiments.Also, nothing really to drink but coffee. Juices were empty or very watered down.

Positive: I was told and filled out the paperwork to leave my car parked there with transportation back from airport. However when I arrived and phoned was told they no longer offer that service and to take a cab. Upon questioning was given a person to contact and have never received an answer. Cabbage was $40.00 and this is unacceptable. Need to book again elsewhere but will not be Hampton.
Negative: Not as promised costing me.

Positive: We liked the price. We liked that they honored our request for adjoining rooms (since we are a family of 6 and need two rooms). We liked that there was an indoor pool.
Negative: Our room had several damages (broken door handles in bathroom, busted door jams/locks on adjoining door). I did take pictures immediately upon arrival and called front desk, but they didn't answer. So I walked back down to show them the pictures so they knew we didn't cause the damage and wouldn't be billed for it. The eggs were premanufactured omelets - which all four of our kids turned their noses up at. (They would have preferred plain scrambled eggs.) On the second morning, we were also seated at a table for 6 (one of only 2 tables of six available) when an unhoused man in a wheelchair wheeled up and took one of our seats and tables without saying anything. Just pushed our things away (I was up getting food for another child.) Not having any other available seating options (another family of 5 was already at the only other table that seated 6), we just slid down to accommodate him and some of us stood. Again, it wasn't the end of the world. And while we are sympathetic to his circumstances, it did shade our final moments before check out.
Summary: Inexpensive option for larger families. Indoor pool. Moderately clean. Minimal breakfast options.
